"Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. Ambiente silenzioso. Un po' fuori mano, ma in 25minuti a piedi lungo i canali si raggiunge il centro conferenze Jaarbeur, oppure in autobus, molto frequenti. Attenzione al checkin, che pare chiuda alle 22.00."

"Reception, ristorante e loro staff davvero bravissimi; le camere, per i cuscini poco comodi e la rumorosità (porte e muri per nulla isolanti facevano sembrare di essere in corridoio) così così. Letto molto comodo."

The only drawback is that it is impossible to get there by car because the hotel is located in an exclusively bicycle/pedestrian area. The area is convenient, you have the station behind and you arrive in the centre in no time ."

"Hotel ricco di servizi utili, personale disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo utilizzato il ristorante che consigliamo e il servizio di noleggio biciclette, necessario per arrivare agevolmente al centro paese. Il servizio colazione è un po' costoso e abbiamo evitato di usufruirne. Per il resto direi che ci siamo sentiti viziati e coccolati da una camera pulita e confortevole. non è in centro ma una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti ti fa scoprire davvero la bellezza di Utrecht. Struttura bella e consigliata!"

"Hotel conveniently located near main roads, but outside Utrecht. Bad shape and condition. Common spaces urgently need an extensive renovation. Cleaning service also need major improvement mainly in common spaces. Breakfast... €18 for crappy service (unacceptable!) and medium/low quality choice/taste. Not expecting 3* Michelin but decent food, or adjust pricing. Parking with no direct access to hotel, and no sign/direction for handicapped people. Overall, a very low quality for a high price"
