“Ok hotel but dated. Hallways had lots of scuff marks. The rooms bathtub was in bad shape and the chair had lots of stains.”

“Our room was in need of an update. The tub had black stains in it, paint was patched. When we came into the room, the dishwasher was running and the bathroom floor was wet, as if the room had just been cleaned, even thoigh we were there an hour after check-in. ”

“This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Everything is clean and new. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast, constantly monitored for freshness. I have a new favorite place to stay in Champaign-Urbana.”

“I was upset because my room was very noisy that night. It almost sounded like drilling or construction but because it went on very late at night I believe it was caused by the elevator and the placement of my room. They also still have not released the $50 incidental charge on my bank account. They said it would be released at check out. I didn’t damage the room, or take anything. I'm also very frustrated that a year later the pool is STILL closed. ”
