“The service and kindness of the people were nice BUT there is a business problem. Although I have already paid, they made me pay again in cash and without receipt alleging that they are not paid by you (hotels.com) They just told me to contact you to get my money back. I had no option. The only other one was to be left out in the street. When I booked with you I reported a suspicious message from the structure. Apparently you didn't do anything. I wonder how many others you lead to this trap.”

“Burası Ohrid Gölünü ve Ohrid şehrini görebileceğiniz en iyi manzaraya sahip ev. Oda gayet yeterli büyüklükte. Ortak mutfak var. Sabah erken saatlerde yemek yaparsanız sorun olmuyor ama 9dan sonra diğer insanlar ile birlikte mutfağı kullanmak sıraya sebep oluyor. Evde tek eleştirebileceğim nokta yatak rahat değildi. Ev sahibi hanım tüm ihtiyacımızı sorunsuzca karşıladı. Gezilecek yerleri tek tek anlattı çok iyi bir insan. ”

“View was excellent. The facilities were poor. They charged us extra 3 euro for city tax which was not on the booking. And if we wanted A/C would be 5 euro per day. ”

“Sorry, maar er zijn grenzen aan wat men kan aanbieden als verblijf. Met de grootste moeite (incl hulp omwonenden) gevonden. Na 'vondst' afgedaald in de krochten van Ohrid. Misschien leuk voor liefhebbers van nostalgie uit de jaren '70 (incl het verval sindsdien). Ik heb her er in ieder geval niet op aan laten komen en gekozen voor een hotel elders (whatever the extra costs take)”

“iki odalı apart rezervasyonu yaptırdık ancak bize 10 dk önce bir başka müşterinin odayı rezerve ettiğini ve iki ayrı oda verebileceğini söyledi. Hatta pişkin pişkin lütfedercesine aynı ücreti alacağını söyledi. Yorulmuş ve sıkılmış iki çocukla başka otel aramamak için kabul ettik. Çocuklar alt katta ebeveynler üst katta kaldık. Çocuklarımız anlayışlı olduğu için büyük bir sorun yaşamadık. Ama sizin verdiğiniz rezervasyonun otel için herhangi bir anlamı yokmuş, biz bu durumdan onu anladık.”

“This was right around the corner from the main pedestrian strip. I had a studio apartment that had all the amenities. Great for a few bights right in the heart of town. ”
