“Handicap accessible room was clean with helpful fixtures throughout for added ease of use. Coffee was the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!”

“The breakfast was fresh. The staff, Jocelyne, and Felicia in particular were very pleasant but the manager of the hotel. Shah Was so rude. I have worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal, so I have experienced working in the hospitality industry. We have stayed at this location many times before and the way he handled the request that we had and they didn’t fulfil the request that we were promised, he handled it very poorly.”

“The place was obviously unclean, the staff was barely professional, the front desk employee was rude the minute me and girlfriend walked in. She gave a a key to our room which was very disgusting dirty, the bedsheet was not washed the carpet looked like somebody died in there. With the smell and environment of that hotel I was forced to get out and find another hotel room and they refused to refund me even though I did not stay in that hotel. Worst hotel for anybody looking for nice and quiet...

“It was clean and Close to restaurants and stores”

“The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. ”

“In reception non informano del fatto che una tassa addizionale, chiamata destination fee, verrà aggiunta alla fine: lo si scopre solo se si spulcia nella custodia che mi hanno dato al check in. Inoltre 40 dollari a notte per il parcheggio sono tanti. La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“I was surprised how the kitchenette did not match the pictures on expedia. I was also surprised to have to pay a parking fee. We had to clean the pots a lot in order to use them. I thought I would need to buy dishing washing liquid. When I asked if there was any to purchase, I was given one. I did not like condition of the hallways near the elevator and how some of the hallway on the second floor was undone. For what I paid, I was not pleased. The people that work there were nice, except...

“As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again.”

“Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again.”
