“This is a truly unique hotel, transformed from an old house and surrounded by various shops that add to the street’s historic charm. We stayed on the ground floor and had a wonderful experience—a spacious bedroom facing a small, traditional courtyard, with convenient hotel facilities nearby. One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. “I love the Tanbo no Yu! I can tell that its being fixed up more everytime I come here! This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice! I definitely be back again!”

“プール目的で夏休みの中学生の子供たちを連れて行きました。正直期待せずに伺いましたが、さすが北陸のホテル。立派でした。プールは9時から17時までとの事で、早めに到着してプール、温泉を利用させて頂き、翌日もチェックアウトが12時なので、翌朝もプールに入れました。気になったのはレストランでの箸やフォークナイフが濡れていたり、水滴が乾いた染みが沢山あったのがマイナス点。比較的満足でした。”
