“On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property. I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance. I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?”

“In the financial district, clean, elegant, good choice”

“The hotel and staff were lovely. I did not give this a 5-star rating as I had booked transportation through the hotel from the airport to the hotel, and had received several confirmations. On arrival at the airport, did not find any car waiting for me. When I called the hotel, they had my booking but did not where where the car was. I would have to wait 45-60 minutes for another car to pick me up. I took a cab instead. When asked, the hotel they did not follow-up on their mistake.”

“En el checkin me hicieron perder 10 minutos para pagar una tasa de turismo de 1,5 dólar que en otros hoteles de ese nivel no me hicieron pagar en la misma ciudad con el mismo pasaporte . A pesar de tener el cartel de no molestar la señora de la limpieza toco la puerta para saber a qué hora tenía previsto dejar la habitación (check out) El agua caliente de la ducha es muy difícil de manipular (ni siquiera hay un cartel que explica como hacerlo) . Me queme vivo en la ducha ”
