“Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Fenstern sind sehr gut isoliert und sehr hochwertig. Die Fußbodenheizung macht eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Die Küche und die Geräte sind auch sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Panny direkt um der lecker ”

Non vicinissimo al centro che dista una ventina di minuti a piedi anche se si può fare una bella passeggiata sulla strada principale piena di negozi.”

“Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well.”

“This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!”

“The apartment was very cute and clean at a great location. It had lots of amenities. Close to lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Street noise can be loud when the windows are open, but completely sound proof with closed windows. It doesn’t have air conditioning, but that’s pretty typical for Germany. Would highly recommend. Management was also super responsive to any questions. ”
