“Upon arrivals we checked into a second floor room, as per our request. The room was full of flies so we went downstairs and requested a different room. That room had no flies which was a nice improvement. My daughter used the pool, which she had a great time in; it was clean. The bathroom left a bit to be desired as it had a standing stall versus tub and water definitely had a difficult time staying in the shower enclosure. “There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked.
