“Housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The door looked like it was not full closed, thankfully it was. I went to the front desk waited around 10 minutes and no one can to the desk. I left for the day so I was unable to talk to anyone on property regarding my issue.”

“Our fridge didn’t work or wasn’t very cold. We had to throw away $100 worth of food. Hotel in general is old and rundown and in need of updating and repairs and deep cleaning. Front desk staff was very nice.”

“This is a very clean and comfortable place. The hosts were very responsive both before and during our visit. It is tucked away, yet easily accessible to the highway, and not far from Idaho Falls, Rigby, and Rexburg. We will keep this place in mind for future visits. ”
