“Honestly, this could not have been more perfect for us. A stone's throw from the beach, easy (and safe) walk into the town centre (even quicker to the sweet shop), and it was a cosy, quiet retreat in the evenings. The kids loved the bunks, and the en suite to the main bedroom meant we had our own bathroom and the kids theirs. Really nice size for a top floor flat and the main area was ideal for our stay. Just perfect.”

“This property is really lovely. Larger than it looks on the photos. The location couldn't be better for exploring southwold and surrounding areas. Really easy to check in. We went mid August so the parking was difficult, bear that in mind when arriving. If you plan to use the sofa bed, i think you need to let the host know as we needed to use it but there was no bedding. Also, the listing says there is a deck/ patio but there isnt. These points wouldnt stop us staying again - just good to know...

“Really lovely little apartment right by the sea. I stayed here with my elderly mother and it was just perfect. Just a short walk from the town. Everything was in the apartment that we needed and the host was very helpful .”

“Great location, good to have two bathrooms. Showers had excellent pressure. Floors, oven and fridge very clean, as were sheets and towels. Pillows were yellow, dust under the bed, sofa, blinds and radiators (I hoovered under the bed in the double bedroom and removed dust from the radiators during our stay). Windows were very dirty and in need of cleaning outside. Kettle was full of limescale. Paintwork would have benefitted from being wiped down on some internal doors and walls.”

“Property was great.Very comfortable and quiet. My only nit pick would be that we couldn't find the ice tray for freezer so had to buy one which we left for future guests G & T's. Loved our time in Southwold.”
