Tucked away in the heart of the charming coastal village of Walberswick is this stunning modern holiday home - the perfect social haven for large groups of friends and family. Walberswick’s family-friendly beach, ideal for a spot of sandcastle building, a paddle in the sea, or even a bit of crabbing, is less than a mile away. After a day at the beach, guests can take a stroll around the gift shops and the gallery and enjoy a traditional cream tea or a cosy pub lunch. Take a walk through the dunes and across the river via a bridge or hop on a rowing boat during the summer months and find yourself in lovely Southwold. Here, guests will find further interesting places to dine and drink including the famous Adnams Brewery. Take a stroll along the promenade to the pier with its fun arcade and working lighthouse or visit the independent shops and boutiques in the marketplace. The property is also perfectly placed to access several walks along the cliff tops and through the stunning Suffolk coastline taking in historic villages, stunning scenery, and an array of wildlife.
This is a truly stunning property with luxurious interiors where every room is impeccably furnished and decorated to the highest of standards. Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to large spaces to dine and entertain together, starting with the huge open-plan kitchen/diner which forms the hub of the home. The bespoke, handcrafted kitchen is fully fitted with high quality appliances, a large oak dining table and two sets of bi-fold doors leading out to the garden and terrace. The lounge area offers comfortable sofas where guests can gather in front of the wood burner, and there is a separate space for relaxing across the hallway in the form of the snug with a Smart TV and further wood burner. The ground floor is also home to a useful utility room, a cloakroom with a WC and a modern shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find four of the property’s bedrooms; one twin room which can convert to a super king-size upon request, 1 super king-size room and 2 further super king-size rooms both with and additional single bed (three of these bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms). There is also a family bathroom. The fifth bedroom is accessed via the garage. This is an en-suite super king-size room which can be converted to a twin upon request. There is also a further fully fitted kitchen here.
Outside, you’ll find a large, landscaped garden with a patio area equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ. A private hot tub is also available during your stay.
