“The pods are a clever way to have inexpensive rooms for short stays. Checking in is easy. You have a locker in which to store your belongings. Your key card is in there along with clean towels. To access the pod, you need to use the key card. Once inside, put the key card in the slot to enable the lights and other electronics. It is fairly large for what it is. There is a fan to help with those that might feel claustrophobic. Because of the size of the space, I never felt claustrophobic.”

But it is also next to like 2 bars or some sort of gathering spot for locals who were drunk and loud and music was going until almost 3 am. We heard screaming and loud music all night long. It was impossible to sleep. The way I could compare this place is a building that was probably an office building with the office rooms converted into a hostel type...

“The owner picked us up from the airport in Keflavik. We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing and decorated with artwork and plants. The owner and his wife were very accommodating and attentive. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store and local restaurants. It is located in a very safe area.
