Modern family friendly house centrally located in Reykjavik

Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 4km away from the city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city centre. Only few steps from our house we have public park where the kids can play, and a little bit further we have bigger playgrounds, where you can also play soccer and basketball. From our house we have very nice walking / bike paths that takes you into Elliðaárdalur / Fossvogur or into downtown Reykjavik or around whole Reykjavik if you like.

Outside we have new BBQ area and super nice SPA area that you enter from the new room in the basement. We have Sauna, Cold Pot and big Hot Pot ( NOT JACUZZI ) where you can for sure relax in.
On the top floor we have two bedrooms and laundry room, Master bedroom we have 200x200 cm bed, Second bedroom has double bed ( 140x200 cm ) and Playstation 5. The main floor you have new dining area, brand new fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. TV Room where you have apple TV with all major streaming services, Netflix etc, Sonos movie sound system. One bathroom is by the entrance. From the dining room you enter our Patio/BBQ area and garden, you can also enter our garage where we have extra fridge, and extensions for our dining table.
In the basement, we have bathroom, two bedrooms, one with double bed ( 140x200 cm ) and very nice sleeping that opens into 140x200 bed, 55" TV and Apple TV, the other bedroom has 120x200 cm bed and Playstation 5 and TV with apple. From the Playroom you enter our new "gym" room, where we have Wall Mount Rack from ROUGE, bench, 15kg barbell and 150 kg of bumper weights, there we have nice shower where you can change your cloths and go out to the Spa area. We provide extra towels, bathrobe, cooler with sodas etc.

Hagkaup supermarket is in walking distance from our house. Crossfit Reykjavik is just few meters away.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 150 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
