"Parking was confusing and not really clear, Club lounge was not what I expected and in all not like other Plaza's i have stayed at. Good note was that evening Bar staff were beyond excellent service and saved the stay."

"I loved this hotel and felt very special. The only thing I would look to improve would be the bathrooms. Whilst I understand the need to keep the regency suite as a 60 year old I found it a little unsafe getting in and out of the bath to have a shower without a bath mat or firm footing beneath ..."
