“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“Kay was the wonder women of this hotel. I arrived sick and she sent me a tray to my room, with tea and honey. The staff were wonderful. The location and rooms were so modern and comfortable. Recommend this as best Providence stay.”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

“Room was clean, view was beautiful, even on the snowy morning. All of staff that we encountered were kind, helpful and courteous. We were surprised by the parking charge to park in the garage attached to the hotel.”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a kitchen and a guest living room in the hallway, with other rooms surrounding them. The bathroom is public but has privacy, which is okay. The room is quiet, and, most importantly, it is close to Brown and RISD if you are visiting either, since the hotel is on College Hill. The booking assistant, Stefano, responded very quickly each time I needed anything. Overall, it's quite nice and clean.”

“Kikee at the front desk treated my daughter and I like old friends. She was kind and congenial and made sure that we were happy with our room and explained everything the hotel had to offer. She should be recognized for her professionalism.”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”
