“Very nice accommodations and friendly staff. Rooms were well furnished. One small complimentary item that could be added. A couple bottled waters waiting for guests would be nice.”

“The hotel was under construction for renovation and that should have been disclosed prior to. Also, I was charged $3.00 on my credit card for some reason. I didn’t touch the bottled waters or anything in the room that would relate to this charge.”

“Really nice location close to Brown Univeristy. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Staff was very cordial and friendly. There is $15 per day for parking (which was called out in the listing so just calling out for others to know)”

“Property completely misrepresented on the pictures provided We arrived late night, and place just scary looks completely abandoned, and looks like in the horror movie. We just opened entrance door, and left even not getting into the room itself. No light inside. Smells very strange. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I called Expedia next morning asking for the full refund. Request was rejected by property owner Nice work Expedia Thanks ”

“I recently had a bad experience in an Inn in the area but this Inn made me feel safe and comfortable. I would stay there again no doubt. Breakfast was excellent and staff extremely friendly. Thanks!”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”
