C'est toujours intéressant de lire les avis sur un hotel et surtout de bien regarder la date des avis. Je n'y ai pas prêté attention : j'aurais dû. En 2008 l'hôtel était jugé agréable.... Mais en 2017... A croire qu'il est resté sans entretien et en déperdition depuis. L'hôtel est franchement limite côté propreté (linge douteux, tâche de sang par terre, sol collant), l'aménagement de la chambre ne peut pas être plus sommaire (un lit en bois, un chevet et une armoire d'un autre temps et c'est tout) et que dire des avions qui passent à 50m au dessus tous les quarts d'heures dans un brouhaha assourdissant. On est juste au bout de la piste d'atterrissage. J'y suis resté une nuit... Ouf : mais j'ai une pensée bien triste à ces gens qui ont économisé toute une année pour s'offrir des vacances à Rhodes et qui atterrissent dans cet hotel. Je nia pas osé mettre le pied dans la piscine tant la plage était vétuste et en décomposition : le bilan sanitaire ne doit pas être des plus heureux... Bref : fuyez

We had 3 different rooms in the space of our week there. As we were self catering (thankfully) the fact that our first room had no fridge was unacceptable. We were moved to our second room which was also not suitable due to the RAT in the room. The 3rd room was of a similar standard with tiny beasts in the bottom of the fridge. The staff were neither pleasant nor helpful. The only saving grace is that we didn't book all inclusive as the food was prepared at another hotel and brought by car. There was no dining room and food was served outdoors. Complaints fell on deaf ears. After one guest took the case up with the local authorities and discovered the hotel has no food licence !

Flygplan som flyger in precis ovanför hotellet och låter massor från tidig morgon till sen kväll. Tjejen i receptionen pratade ingen engelska. Slitet och gammalt. Bokar inte detta igen

Change of ownership

There have been some teething problems but the new management team, underpressure form guests, has made some improvements and taken on board the need to satisfy "unlimited customers" by providing a better supply of food and drinks which it initially seriously underestimated. There is access to a local supermarmarket a few hundred yards away and this has helped them cope with the problem. Easy ccess to Kremasti town centre is a big plus with local restaurants of a good standard and good travel options to Rhodes Town and to resorts such as Lindos. The local beach is not particularly attractive as it is exposed to the frequent winds....it is also a pebble beach with few facilities regarding food and snacks so it is not an ideal situation....not the fault of the hotel, but a drawback with the area in general. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and the food is ok, but not plentiful and not of the highest standards...but it is good value for money and the pool and its surrounding gardens provide the potential for the new management team to capitalise on its strengths which I am sure they will do.

Juste pour dormir.. Ne pas cuisiner( meme pas une fourchette) pas avoir peur des avions a 10m au dessus de nos têtes..
