Hilltop Home w/ Hot Tub near Skiing, Golf & Trails

Summary:

Timberland Glade is a 1420 sq ft home and has been completely remodeled. The open floor plan will allow all of the guests to connect while playing shuffleboard, board games, cooking meals or just relaxing while taking in the views. Your Electric Car can charge in garage.



Note: Home has a very steep driveway. In the winter, you will need 4x4 or all-wheel drive to get to the top in snow or ice. There is parking at the bottom of the driveway with about 100 yard trek from the bottom to the top.



The Space:

This cozy 4 bedroom home is located at the top of a hill looking into the forest. The hot tub is private and the home as been remodeled. The living rooms focal point is the electric fireplace and there is enough seats for all of the guests to snuggle up to watch a movie.



Right outside of the living room through the patio doors is the hot tub. The hot tub seats 4-5 people. The dining area has a wood burning stove and a large dining table, with plenty of seating for family meals and board games.



The home has a fantastic open floor plan with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom on the main floor off the living room.



The other three bedrooms are up a short set of stairs along with a 2nd full bathroom. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas to keep conversation going while preparing a home cooked meal.



Also, on the main floor is the laundry room / half bath combo that has a large front load washer & dryer.



The big front deck is great for BBQs and time to enjoy nature. There is a fire pit with Adirondack Chairs. There is also a fairy/gnome scavenger hunt that makes exploring the acre of land fun and exciting for the whole group.



The house sleeps 5 adults and 2 children. 1-Bed is a full size and could sleep 2, but its tight. Thank you!



Guest Access:

All of the home and the acre of land is for the guests to use! There is a fairy/gnome scavenger hunt set up. It's a fun way to explore the property.



The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is located at the base of Hunchback Mountain in Rhododendron. Across Hwy 26 is the Skyway Pub Restaurant. Dollar General and Thriftway Stores are nearby too.



Getting Around:

To get to the house you need 4x4 or all-wheel drive. During winter you will have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk up.



Other Things to Note:

This home is on top of a very steep hill. You will need 4x4 or all-wheel drive to get to the house. If you don't have a vehicle to get you to the top there is parking at the bottom of the driveway. It is about 100 yards with a very steep grade.



We do not provide wood for the woodstove or the fire pit. Local Thriftway Store or Building Supply Store in Welches sells wood in bundles.



Trash/garbage is picked up after you have checked out! Cans are located in the garage and must be secured with there lids. If trash needs to be picked up sooner, during your stay, please let Joe your co-host know..
