    Big Bear River Retreat



    The Space:

    Bring the whole family to this perfect retreat and make yourself at home on the bank of the Sandy River! Head out to the deck each morning with a cup of coffee and listen to the sound of the flowing water and chirping birds. After a busy day of hiking or skiing, relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace with a good book, play one of the many provided board games, try your hand at a jigsaw puzzle, or play some ping pong (mini table) or foosball in the downstairs playroom. When mealtimes come around, the fully equipped kitchen will be great for chillier nights spent inside and the gas grill on the patio can be a perfect way to whip up some burgers in the fresh air. End each night with a big bowl of popcorn and a favorite movie on the TV.



    WHAT’S NEARBY

    One of the best things about this house is the easy access to miles of pristine trails, great for summertime fun. If you're a skier, you're only a few miles from Mt.Hood for unbelievable powder. A five-mile drive to Mt Hood Village will bring you to shopping and restaurants galore where you can pick up some new gear or grab a bite to eat after an adventure-filled day. If golf is your game, don't hesitate to visit the Three Nines Golf Course in Welches for a leisurely round of 18 just under five miles away.
