“Wonderful house for 2 families, great views and an excellent fire”

“Highly recommend this place. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of six, with plenty of space, two bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor dining areas. Easy check-in, excellent amenities, and a quiet location close to everything. Sandy and Ange were fantastic hosts with great communication. We had a wonderful stay — thank you!”

“Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make.”

“Despite the making of a beautiful house the cleanliness and need of maintenance left me feeling very disappointed. This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area.The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor.The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind.The hot tub took an age to heat up, and...

“Very Clean , very very close to the beach and modernMy only complaint was it would have been great to have some pantry staples like tea coffee sugar and oil. There was just salt and pepper in the cupboards. It was good to see some cleaning items like dishwasher tablets and detergent but no paper towels or tissues.For that price would have been good if linen was provided instead of paying extra for it.”

“Clean and comfortable. Some concerns with lack of railing on deck and steps and step down to dining area as there were 5 elderly people staying. All in all a perfectly acceptable property. The short walk to the beach was enjoyed by our dogs and family.”

“We had a lovely weekend staying at your property, enjoyed the firepit on the cool evenings. The beds were comfortableand there was enough space and plenty of toys and games to entertain the children. They did have fun with the karaoke machine. The location suited us well as you can easily walk down to the beach in 5-10 minutes and it is close to the cafes and restaurants.”
