“First of all, I have a disabled husband, and the fact that the elevators were out of order may be very upset. I think that they should’ve expressed this to me before I finished booking the role at the front desk so we had to carry many mini bags and suitcases up three flights of stairs the lady in the front desk kind of marked at me when I asked for a different room she said there was none available. This was the most horrible stay I ever had at a best Western and I usually stay at best Westerns...

“Breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast area she was very welcoming she keep area clean and did her best in always refilling food containers when they were empty. She was amazing. Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!”

“Property is run down and in need of repair! There is no s staff on site to assist with check-in or any issues with the property. Very small unit, not suitable for my family of three , my son is 16. The description stated the unit was suitable for sleeping up to four people with bunk beds which were very small. The unit itself looked clean and newly renovated with fresh paint and flooring. However, this unit was meant for two people, or people traveling with a small child under the age of 10.”
