House with 3 bedrooms and 3 floors, decorated in bright and cheerful tones, located in a sunny and very quiet area.

On the entrance floor: a large suite with a double bed and a canapé (which can be used as a bed for a small child), private bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower, and a south-facing balcony with a hammock. Also on this floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with 2 beds, sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the intermediate floor: open-plan space with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with balcony. There is also a laundry/storage room, a clothes treatment room, a guest WC, and access to a small storage room.

On the lower floor: barbecue and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and cable TV, a social toilet, and access to the outside.

Outdoor area: garden, dining table, shower, swimming pool, sun loungers, swing, and beanbags, with an incredible view of the sea and fantastic sunsets.

The property accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Covered and uncovered parking available within the property. Wi-Fi available in all areas.

AREA
Property located west of the island (the area with the highest sun exposure of Madeira), in the parish of Tabua, municipality of Ribeira Brava, in an area that borders the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Very quiet and sunny area, just a few minutes from the well known Levada Nova, a footpath where you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the west coast of Madeira Island.
There are other points of interest to explore during your stay at Villa Candelária; the Miradouro do Espigão (Ribeira Brava), MUDAS - Madeira Contemporary Art Museum (Calheta), Ponta do Sol beach, Madeira Ethnographic Museum (Ribeira Brava), Ribeira Brava’s Market and much more.
Funchal is about a 20-minute drive from this villa.
Also, in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
