“We were and my wife , my daughter with 2 your children . We got what they call a villa : 2 bed rooms with a living room in the middle . Perfect setting . Beautiful view . Very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and all staff very, very helpful.”

“The view from the upper rooms of the ocean is breathtaking. The bed is comfortable and the small kitchen space has the basics of what you need. The patio space is shared with other units (although some bamboo provides a bit of privacy) so others smoking &/or having loud conversations can affect the tranquility. The surrounding area is farmland so it is very tranquil. The lodge is under renovation/construction - something we didn’t know. But the work stops in the afternoon so there was no issue....

“Excellent spot for a home base for exploring the island. Located in a quieter urban area with a good amount of local amenities. Close to the supermarket/restaurants/town center and the Beach is a 2 minute walk. Parking right across from the building. The apartment has everything you need and then some if you're planning on cooking your meals. Having a coffee on the patio was a nice way to start the day as well. Honestly, its a hidden gem of a spot.”

“Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas). Even made scrambled eggs for me upon request from farm eggs. Our room was spacious and had attached washroom. Overall the place was very neat and...
