“The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and...

“Me, myself and I spend one week in this cosy and fully equiped appartment a week in Juny 2021. It was also very quiet, only the ocean waves made sounds. It was very clean. A parking lot belongs to this appartment. I can recommend this appartment for one or two person. Saozhana was very carring and gave me many good recomendations for food and sightseeing.”

“We couldn’t believe how perfect this house is. The house itself: impeccably clean and comfortable. There is a room with a large table and comfortable chairs where you can open all the sliding doors on three sides to the ocean - it was heaven. Kitchen, perfect. Bedrooms, perfect. Bathrooms/showers, perfect. Laundry and dishwasher worked perfectly. Zone A/C in all rooms if desired, although we kept the windows open for the ocean air! So many windows and outdoor balcony spaces which were wonderful....

“This hotel was great. The location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. The staff and communication was also very good. Only two draw backs were the beds were a little hard and if you are downstairs, people in the upstairs rooms make noise that transfer downstairs and is very loud. We had two rooms and in both rooms, the noise from upstairs was bad while we were trying to sleep. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Azores as its positives are much...

“Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas).
