“Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall.”

“The room temperature was perfect. The breakfast selection was impeccable. WIFI was not so stable, and the plugs were not international. The hair dryer is not FOR LADIES with long hair. The staff is not well trained, and nobody was nice enough to help me with my luggage. So UPS and DOWNS, but it could be perfect. ”

“The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more. ”
