Siediti sul patio con un caffè al mattino o goditi una birra offerta dalla casa mentre guardi il sole che tramonta.

    L'alloggio viene pulito dopo ogni ospite secondo le linee guida del CDC. Questa casa dispone anche di un sistema di purificazione dell'aria e dell'acqua in tutta l'abitazione.

    Hai un ingresso privato e affitti l'intera unità. La casa è in stile duplex e questa è l’unità al piano terra. Ogni unità ha il proprio patio o balcone. Non dovrai condividere nessuno spazio. Appartamento completamente privato.

    Il patio sul retro, il giardino sul retro, il focolare e l’intero giardino sul retro.

    Sarò disponibile in qualsiasi momento se i miei ospiti hanno bisogno di qualcosa.

    Questo è un quartiere molto tranquillo e appartato. L’intero giardino è recintato e separato da un vicino da un appezzamento boscoso e dall’altro vicino da alberi e vegetazione.

    Il traffico è praticamente inesistente, il che rende piacevole fare una passeggiata o una corsetta nel quartiere.

Very nice host. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Only issue was not having a light on the back side of the home to see how to get in.

This is a one bedroom hotel type style listing. It has a large bed, couch bed, and nice bathroom. The owner is awesome, he responds immediately to any questions. Outdoor living, the patio is beautiful, the backyard is large and fenced in for pets. It has a boat dock and is an excellent place for fishing. Overall, we had a great experience.

John is an excellent host! We had a great stay, caught a lot of small fish off the pier, but no big ones - this time! this was our dogs first vacation, and it was the perfect stay for her too... there's a fenced in yard, so she could do her thing, off leashwe'll certainly be back to stay again!

Great getaway

Nice little space with access to a good dock to rest and enjoy the lake. Private and quiet neighborhood. Dog also enjoyed his time here. John was accommodating, friendly, and pleasant to communicate with.

Ill start by saying that the host is nice and seems like a good guy. However, the property is not as described. It is a studio style, not a 1 bedroom. It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. There was no bar, the cushions for the patio chairs werent the right size or not there at all. The kayak that was there looked like it hadnt been touched in several years, the dock needs to be repaired. The vegetation around the balcony is VERY VERY thick poison ivy so those with allergy to it need to beware.

The property owner was wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning! The space is reasonable for an overnight stay. It could use some updated furniture as there were not many flat surfaces/counters to place toiletries, nonperishables, technology, etc. The room was in the lower, back level of a split-level home with it's own entrance. The property owner has done a good job trying to make the rental as comfortable as possible. I enjoyed looking at the artwork that I believe the owner might have painted. It's very nice to see touches like that.

This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. The pictures and the listed description absolutely do not truthfully represent the unit. It looked abandoned. Cobwebs everywhere, the outside cushions were all damp, moldy, and smelly. Tiki bar full of junk that was damp, moldy and full of cobwebs. The pathway lights down to the dock are ripped out and thrown in a pile in the yard. Firewood by fire pit uncovered, wet and unusable. The AC in the unit is a very small portable AC that leaked water everywhere. The house AC can be turned on, but you will not have access. We had to buy a fan. The bed is propped up with a book. The refrigerator was filthy and top covered in dead bugs. Cheap charcoal grill, but that didn't matter because the "dishes & utensils" consisted of 2 cups,1 glass, 1 fork and wood coffee stirrers! There's no table in unit or on patio where you could sit and eat. Wanted to grill some burgers-that wasn't going to happen Pictures show a drip coffee maker on a coffee bar- that's gone. There is small Keurig. John offered refund, but held money until I agreed to not leave negative review. This is a honest true review. Unfortunately we had a negative experience. The view is amazing though, such a shame that a little TLC isn't given. The condition of this rental does not match the price that it is being rented for.

Great little place to stay. Host was very helpful with our change of plans. You can't ask for a better view of the lake. Had everything that we needed.
