Cottage a Richland

“The home was just the right size for the five of us, it is a duplex but we didn't hear much from the next unit so we were hoping it was the same on their side. The house was clean, organized, and had a nice table to play card games and eat. We did come to stay on January 2nd, it felt like the cleaning crew might've been a bit rushed since the throw blankets were damp on the beds. The host was responsive when messaged, the neighborhood was nice and located close to Starbucks and Winco.”

“The Riverfront is an exceptional value. The rims are clean and spacious. We took the site, which was bigger than most 1br apartments, and included a huge soaking tub that is plenty big for two people. It had enough amenities that one could happily stay there for an extended period. It was pouring when we were there, so didn't get to use the pool, but it and the hot tub looked pleasant and clean. ”

“Great option in Pasco! Just 15 min away from the action, very nice neighborhood, close to the park. The hotel was very clean, breakfast - tasty with different options. I was surprised to see the dishwasher and a stove and a decent-sized fridge in our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend! The only thing is of you're a light sleeper, request a room further away from the big road or wear ear plugs because you can kinda hear the traffic from the major road.”

“No river view. Paid for a suite with balcony. Was given a room with no balcony and when I told front desk she had very poor customer service. Furniture in the room was also broken.”

“Spacious home- lots of beds and bathrooms. Beds and linens were comfortable, extra blankets, lots of seating, coffee and tea provided. Wish we had stayed here in warmer month (not December) as covered patio looked lovely. Host was responsive to questions. ”

“We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely well appointed home for our son’s wedding weekend. This lovely property was very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and had everything needed, plus. Very peaceful environment. The outdoor deck is quite comfortable and provided a stunning view for beautiful sunsets, The host Arun was fantastic and was readily available to assist. If we ever get back to this area, we would return in a heartbeat. Can’t say enough positive things about this property...
