“This hotel was not customer service friendly at all whatsoever. Check in was late even though i had a reservation. I checked in the room and reserved the room for my daughter. They kicked my daughter out for noise complaints at 2AM with not one warning. It was her and her two friends listening to music and dancing late. That's fine. They shouldve been quieter. My issue is speaking with the front desk agent and manager who told me that I would not get my deposit back because of the...

“Staff were very kind however we requested several things during our stay that either took two days to be delivered (an extra pillow) or never came (body wash refill in the shower) three requests - phone call, in person at front desk and via text. We took showers due two days without any soap or body wash.
We also left 2 pairs of kids’ shoes in the hotel room which were “not found”. ”
