“So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

“Bed bugs and the room had not been cleaned. Stains on chairs, hair all over floor , candy wrappers and trash on floor. I was moved to another room and it had bugs . Terrible DO not stay here”

“We had to go to 3 different rooms to find one that did not have a terrible smell when we checked in. Then they had a sign at breakfast about offering alternatives for food allergies but it took 3 days for them to get gluten free bread. Then the streaming service went out for the whole hotel, then the internet went out for the whole hotel, (this was all out for days) then one day we needed new towels and toilet paper but apparently you can’t get service except on certain days so you are kinda...
