Good if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep

The property had the basic amenities and is good if you just need somewhere to sleep at night. The house was not cleaned on our arrival. There grass had just been cut and there were clippings throughout the house. There was trash throughout, dirty towels, a large kitchen knife in one of the bedrooms with a bloody paper towel next to it, food on the kitchen table, and dishes in the sink. It was clear the house had not been cleaned. The neighborhood is nice and well located for convenience.
