“I had reserved a suite, the room was very dirty, missing hair dryer, dirty floor, stains on walls etc.. I asked if we could change rooms and they did allow us to do so. The second room was equally as dirty but in different ways. Stained bedding, looks like it was used, dirty sink, dirty floor with little things all over it. My family couldn’t stay there, we had to leave. Hoping Expedia will help me get my money back. I travel regularly and this is the first time I’ve ever left a hotel without...
