“The rooms were clean and check-in was smooth. I’ll probably stay here again on my next visit.”

“First off the house I booked was not available and I was put in another house that was not clean. The house walls in the hallway were dirty in just about every room. The door knob on the restroom door was about to fall off. Broken furniture. I also paid more money for the house I originally booked and then did no t get to stay in it: The host was also terrible. She did not acknowledge how dirty this house was or the missing remotes to there in bedroom and the fact there was no ironing board or...
