“My son has gotten several bites on his body from an insect that caused red swollen spots on his skin, most likely the insect was in the hotel room specifically in his bed.”

“We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.”

“Require a cash $100 deposit no credit card excepted, they did have an ATM. However what if I did not have $100 cash available. This information should have been available prior to booking.”

“Booked and paid through Expedia, but hotel charged us twice. So, charged three times for the room. Trying to get a refund. Called several times before booking and arriving on pool/slide/hot tub to ensure it was open. Hot tub was closed first 2.5 days due to "testing the chemicals", finally open the afternoon before we left. Slide was constantly down. The whole point of staying at a "water park" is to enjoy it, but this place is not worth it during the summer. You have to connect to the internet...
