“It felt overpriced for what we got. There was a sign on the air conditioner not to use as it had been shut off for winter. When I tracked down staff to ask, they said they forgot to take the sign down. The concrete of the pool was cracked and chipped and they covered it with a liner, the whole pool area felt unloved.”

“An aged property needing some improvements. Room was clean, bathroom questionable. Tub was plugged and didn’t drain properly making for a dirty tub. Elevator was broken on departure.Also front door not automatic which could pose problems for some. Not a big deal for us but could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Decent breakfast. “We love going to Mill River every year and we aren’t even golfers! They’ve renovated the resort beautifully with local art, wool blankets and great style. The only place that could use improvement is the slow service at the restaurant and maybe a chef would help improve it. The staff are amazing and so friendly. We will be back!”
