Warner Bros Studios is 5-10 mins away, Pinewood, Elstree, Bray + other studios very close too. Great base for when working in the film world, HS2 or needing easy access to London.

This is a luxuriously appointed private guesthouse, with complete privacy from the garden (blinds at all the windows) with a fully operational kitchenette. Facilities include: fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and sink, along with all the plates, crockery and pans etc to enable you to cook during your stay. If you don't choose to cook, there are food shops and restaurants a 2-3 minute walk from the property, including a Co-op mini-market. Restaurants cater for Turkish, Thai, Indian, Dominos, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Italian and just about everything you could hope for.

The shower room has a shower, basin and toilet. The building has all the home from home comforts including: heating, high speed wi-fi & Virgin TV and a terrace outside for your exclusive use to sit in, good weather permitting.

The building is open plan - divided into a bedroom area and living space with a large dining table useful for both dining and work-space needs. The owners are onsite in the main house if needed for any reason.

The bed is a queen size and very comfortable. We have had loads of wonderful feedback from past guests who have loved it here.

The entire building is yours for your stay along with a decked area with outdoor furniture outside for your enjoyment.
