Hotel storici a Ricorboli

“Tutto perfetto ”

“Very close to Santa Croce -convenient location. Excellent, helpful and speedy communication with host. Would recommend!”

“Very nice apartment, excellent location, very central to all the sites. Many good places to eat very close. We had easy communication with the host.”

“Great location”

“Not recommended. The place was not adult/seniors friendly. It was situated in the 3rd floor with no lift accessibility. The situation was not properly specified during the reservation that we ended up embracing it up to end of our 13 days accommodations. Me and my disabled husband decided to limit our in and outs due to stairs struggle. Lesson learned to do more clarification before making reservations specially if the property is in the 3rd floor.”

“What a wonderful place! We stayed for five nights and found it to be charming, ideally located near the sights but away from the tourist crowds, very clean and comfortable. Our host could not have been more gracious and welcoming and provided many great recommendations for Firenze but also for other cities on our itinerary. I would gladly stay here again.”

“Very short stay, but the property was very nice.”

“Posizione ottima. Per il resto la proprietà deve riflettere su qualche miglioria”

“Grazie. Tutto impeccabile”

“The host communicated very well. Easy check-in process. Easy access to building and apartment using cell phone. Entrance to apartment is directly across of The David. It is pandimonium in front of the building. Have your email open to press access when you are at front door.Three bedrooms. First had good shower but it is small. Second big bedroom very, tub only with shower wand. Lots of space in bathroom and a washer that worked well.Third bedroom upstairs. Ceiling is low but shower works...

“This is a nice apartment, nicely kept and in a good location. We should mention that if your stay is for over a couple of nights, which would involve unpacking your bags, there is only one sort of space in the first floor bedroom where you could manage to hang some things as it is used as storage of unused furniture, cleaning items, etc. No drawer space there and in the upper bedroom nothing where to put your clothes. The stairs to the second bedroom and terrace are steep so if you have mobility...

“We were met with a very friendly welcome outside the building and escorted the apartment. The apartment had all we needed and was very comfortable (one bedroom with a double bed and 2 day sofas in the living room which turned into beds at night). The apartment is very quiet despite its location on the pedestrian zone. It´s location is perfect for walking and exploring Florence.”
