Ski happy this season, from this gorgeous family chalet in the 4 Vallées!

Placed within easy reach of the ski shuttle bus, cable car, and village amenities of La Tzoumaz, this 4-bedroom chalet provides a super holiday base for memorable stays.

Inside, the 2-story chalet offers an ambient, well-equipped layout for carefree ski breaks. The scenic mountain-view home features fast free WiFi and cozy underfloor heating throughout, alongside a romantic fireplace in the inviting sitting area. This homely space is complemented by a flat-screen TV, a book-games library, and outdoor access. A fully-equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area accompanies the charming sitting area; for laid-back meal moments together.

The sleeping accommodation is perfectly suited to families and flexible groups of 10. A twin joinable bedroom with balcony access features alongside 2 further spacious bedrooms, both furnished with 2 separate single beds. The loft-style 4th bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds. The modern family bathroom is accompanied by an extra modern shower room, private laundry facilities, and useful ski storage.

Outside, the lovely scenic private garden is complemented by a dining set. In winter the chalet is not always accessible by car (if there is snow, guests will need to walk 5 minutes to the chalet). For this reason, it is not suitable for elderly guests.

- The chalet is situated close to town, along the private road ‘Impasse de la Maya’. Guests are just a short walk away from the ski shuttle bus and a 17-minute stroll/ 3-minute drive from the restaurants, amenities, and cable car found in central La Tzoumaz. The communal access road to the chalets in this area is steep in places and access is by 4-wheel drive with snow tires and/or snow chains can be required in the winter. 
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible at a fee of CHF 50,-.
- If you would like to bring a dog, it will be a CHF 75,- cleaning fee.
 
Location

A lovely large Swiss Alps Ski resort, the village of La Tzoumaz forms part of the famous ‘Four Valleys’ (4 Vallées), which together comprise the ski resorts of Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnas, La Tzoumaz, and Thyon. La Tzoumaz offers a modern well-stocked supermarket and a selection of sports shops, wine bars, and restaurants for memorable meals, ambient evenings out, and Après-ski. From mid-December – April the resort also offers a free shuttle bus service to the cable car of La Tzoumaz.

Beautiful Chalet a little off-place

The overall stay was good. The chalet is beautiful and very cosy. However, the pathway to the chalet is rather steep and narrow; during our stay our 4WD car got stuck - snow chains are a must-have! Otherwise you might end up carrying your bags up to the street by foot - a nightmare we faced. One day, the pathway was so icy that it took us 15 minutes (with small kids) to get up to the street.
