The chalet is located on the edge of the attractive ski resort of La Tzoumaz, ~500 m to the centre with supermarket incl. bakery and butcher's shop, restaurants, café, après-pubs, disco, childcare, ice rink, post office. The distance to the ski area - piste and cable car with connection Verbier/Quatre 4 Vallées - is about 850 m, which can be easily covered with the free ski bus (~50 m). The bus runs regularly, every 20-30 minutes in the mornings and afternoons during the ski season (exact timetable on request). Pleasant walks, e.g. sections of the typical Valais 'bisses' (bisses) waterways. The Bisse de Saxon leads from La Tzoumaz via Nendaz to Vercorin. Total trail network of around 150 km. A wide range of excursion options thanks to its location at the crossroads of Switzerland, France and Italy. Popular excursions, e.g. with the Mont Blanc Express to Chamonix at the foot of Mont Blanc, or - via the Great St. Bernard Pass - to the Italian Aosta Valley.
