“Here's the updated version: --- **A clean, comfortable stay in Ridgway, CO** Chipeta Lodge was a great find in Ridgway. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with three people and a dog, and it worked out great. It's an older property, but it's been kept very clean and well-maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating, the pool was lovely, and towels were always well-stocked. One note: the sofa bed room has blinds...

“The pictures did not match the room. I was expecting an office chair and an arm chair in the room. There was no arm chair. The office chair was half-broken and leaned to one side. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival. I'm glad we were only staying one night.”

“We stayed at this hotel and paid a lot for a room only to find that it was infested with bugs and unclean. The toiletries were not stocked enough for a double room and the tissues were empty as well. We asked the staff for a different room because of the bug infestation but they said there was nothing they could do and didn't even offer a refund. Very disappointed in this place after experiencing one night here and would never come here again. Disgusting and money hungry are the only words I can...
