Modern luxury 2-bedroom apt with balcony & patio

Spacious and comfortable 100 m2 two-bedroom apartment, with balcony and also 100 m2 private garden with bamboo table and chairs, grill and the sea view.

Apartment has three air condition units!

It's located in a private house in a quiet neighborhood, just 1.5 km from the popular beach Kantrida.

We provide a free parking spot and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

You'll love to stay in this modern luxury two-bedroom apartment in Rijeka with a balcony and 100 m2 private garden with the sea view.

Its position is ideal for a quiet vacation and to still be close to the beach and center of Rijeka.

It's located on the ground floor of a private house and popular beach Kantrida is just 1,5 km away.

Balcony and garden have table and chairs, so you can enjoy your drinks or meal outside.

Living room has a 42" LED TV with satellite channels and air condition unit.

Master bedroom has one comfortable double bed, 180 cm wide.

Second bedroom has one cozy double bed, 140 cm wide.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

You also get a private parking spot, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Ordentliche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist klimatisiert und liegt zwischen dem Zentrum von Rijeka und Matulji. Kaufland Supermarkt ist in 200 m Entfernung. Es ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt Richtung Opatija. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Vermieter war auch sehr nett.
