The Gîte des Arches is a fully renovated granite house (attached to an unoccupied farmhouse), located in a hamlet at the crossroads of the Margeride and Aubrac regions, with easy access via the A75. It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in our region. On the first floor: 1 large open-concept room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen; 1 cozy living room with a three-seater sofa and three club chairs, all complemented by a wood-pellet stove; a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and a separate restroom. Upstairs: 3 modern, bright bedrooms, each with a 140/190-sized bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, and a separate restroom.Outside: A large adjoining private courtyard with a terrace, patio furniture, and a barbecue, plus a parking space. No parties or late-night gatherings allowed in the cottage. The discreet neighbors—who are the owners—will be available to assist you if needed.
