“The air condition was effective and life saving, as we arrived during the 3rd heatwave to Benidorm. Saulo, the multitasking receptionist was amazing, he succesfully tried to get all we asked for. The property was very clean, and in good condotion. The bed's mattress was just perfect (I am having problem with my lower back as I served 7.5 years in the army). This mattress was better then our one in Scotland. The wiev is stunning. We spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony, watching the...

“Friendly welcome by the staff. Very helpful Great location.”

“Vacanza perfetta e colazione abbondante!”

“Check in at a different hotel. We arrived at night and struggled to find the hotel. The lifts were farcical. We waited for ages every time we went to use them and they constantly stopped at most floors with no one waiting. They were all disgusting. The apartment had stains on the settee and one of the beds. No instructions how to use any of the things in the apartment. Minimal utensils in the kitchen eg one wine glass. Only on our final day did we find that the patio doors had shutters so...

“Great hotel but top of a steep hill for any old people be warned ”

“The only thing that that stopped me giving this hotel an excellent on all fronts was the information given about the swapping of dinner for lunch on one of our days. We were half board and were told we could swap from dinner to lunch when we arrived however when we tried to do this on one of our days the restaurant staff advised that we cant do single days and we would need to pay for that day or change to lunch for our whole stay. Other than that the hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean,...

“Food was excellent, even though the hotel doesn’t do all inclusive the drinks were reasonably priced.”

“Ottimo hotel. Camere grandi e letto matrimoniale composto da 2 singoli a 1 piazza e mezza. Molto buona e fornita la colazione. Aggiungerei il bere compreso ai pasti”
