Beachfront Family Suite with Balcony

Suite 102 at Corcega Beachfront Suites has a plush king size bed, two twin beds, a luxurious bathroom and quaint kitchenette. The best part is the beach view from the private balcony. It is the second suite on the ground level.

**Please note that the pet fee is charged per pet.

Corcega Beachfront Suites are tastefully decorated with the discerning traveler in mind, featuring plush bedding and stylish decor. It's the perfect choice for those who appreciate the finer things in life and is equipped with solar panels.

**Please note that the pet fee is charged per pet, and date changes carry a $50 admin fee.

**We have umbrellas, towels, and beach chairs available for rent.
1. Boats or Jet Skies parked inside the Complex are not allowed.
2. Only 1 car is allowed per apartment and it must be parked in its designated area. The use of nearby parking that does not belong to your rented area is prohibited.
3. Birthday or party activities are not allowed unless authorized by the administration.
4. Pets must remain within the perimeter of their rented area, under the immediate reach and control of their owner.
5. The owner of the pet is responsible for immediately picking up the biological waste of their pets within the rental area and in the surroundings.
6. Loud noises, music, social gatherings or any activity that constitutes a bother to the neighbors after 11pm is prohibited and the radio volume must be keeped low during the permitted hours.
7. Garbage and any waste must be deposited in bags before placing it in garbage cans or drones.
8. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment you will incur penalty of $25.00 per extra person per night for the full stay.
9. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments
10. Do not move or remove kitchen utensils, sheets or towels from the cabins.

If we call your attention for any violation of these rules and the situation continues and it is necessary to call your attention again for the same situation, you will have to leave the complex without the right to reimbursement for your stay.

We felt mislead

The place is just a hotel room on the beach (if you have one of the few rooms on that side) without the hotel. Here is a breakdown of a few categories:Amenities: The amenities aren't directly available. You have to find or request them. Not user friendly.Cleanliness: The towels were stained and kind of gross. Stains on walls and countersCheck-in / Communication: They were short and rude and had no interest in being helpful. I would avoid staying here strictly because of this issue. All of our vacation stress came from them (and we had a cancelled fight home).Location / Neighborhood: WOW! This is the whole argument for the place. Your door opens to a small deck feet from the beach. Amazing. The ocean is right there. The waves sing you to sleep at night. The area had some leftover hurricane damage. I don't hold that against anybody.Overall: You can find another beachfront place with actual amenities and a helpful staff.
