The famous "Casita at Tres Palmas" offers indoor/outdoor living with a large covered deck that flows seamlessly from the open concept kitchen and living room. Wake up to check the waves with your morning coffee, then walk to surf at Rincon's most famous break: Tres Palmas. Snorkel or sunbathe at the Marine Reserve at Steps Beach, located nearly at your doorstep. Rinse off the salt and sun in the beautiful outdoor shower or grill with the BBQ. Enjoy lunch and a siesta on the shaded deck while listening to the waves. This place is special, you'll feel it the moment you walk in.

Tres Palmas Slice of Heaven

I was hesitant about leaving a review because I don’t want too many people finding out about this gem of a house. It was perfect and we’re sad we could only stay for 5 days. The property has an amazing location and the view cannot be beat. The house is simple, clean and well appointed. We loved not having to worry about beach towels or chairs. We visited many beaches here and loved the cow pasture in between us and the beach. Mornings runs were easy and sunset on the patio or beach was a no brainer. We will return for sure! Thank you for the easy communication, check in and check out. We loved it here!

Our happy place

Such a wonderful home inside and out. We took full advantage of the deck morning, noon and night soaking in the view of the ocean and the sunny skies. The property is well-appointed (although a few hooks for hanging clothes would be a good touch). The bed was comfy as was the LR couch when we wanted to come inside. Steps Beach was a quick walk and has some lovely snorkeling. Annie was our contact person and she was excellent. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. She was able to help me get some medical attention I needed. Forever grateful for that! We would most definitely book here again
