  • "Seas the Day" è una nuova casa privata direttamente su Sandy Beach nella splendida Rincon, a Porto Rico. Nessuna spesa risparmiata, questa splendida casa è sicura di soddisfare. Con l'opzione di affittare solo i primi 2 piani (5 camere da letto, 2 bagni) o la suite dell'attico al terzo piano del proprietario (6 camere da letto, 3 bagni) possiamo ospitare comodamente il tuo gruppo specifico (massimo 15 persone). Dalla cucina all'avanguardia alla piscina a sfioro, tutto è nuovo di zecca e in attesa del vostro soggiorno. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi al suono delle onde che si infrangono, con una vista dell'oceano senza sollevare la testa dal cuscino. Avventurati nei numerosi bar / ristoranti / negozi di souvenir per qualche azione o fai "niente" sdraiati su un'amaca, il viaggio è tuo.

    Sandy Beach è una zona di successo con un numero di bar / ristoranti e negozi di souvenir locali tutti raggiungibili a piedi. È anche noto per la sua vivace vita notturna con il famoso "Tamboo", a pochi passi lungo la spiaggia. Con la musica dal vivo occasionale, l'area si riempie di eccitazione quindi preparatevi per un buon momento e musica live a tarda notte (se siete alla ricerca di una proprietà più isolata chiedete le nostre altre opzioni a "Kare Management").

Great house and location! Steps from the beach. The ocean was calm, water was clear and some convenient snorkeling just down the beach.Communication with the hosts was top tier and any problems that we encountered were met with prompt resolutions. We would stay here again!

This was a fabulous place to stay for our family. Having the separate floors was so great! The access to the beach , pool, and local restaurants in walking distance also made the location. We will def stay again!

This property was PERFECT for our long weekend with friends. It is idyllic to float in the pool and look at the ocean, and equally as lovely to play in the ocean looking back at the house. Rincon is laid back but lots of fun. We'd happily stay here again! By the way---don't sleep on Jack's Shack for yummy fish taco and burritos while you're there (it's just a short walk down the road).

Truly enjoyed our stay! Great house! Great area! Really enjoyed finding sea glass and shells on the rocky point to the left. Really enjoyed the local restaurants bars and shops. Great location!

We had an outstanding vacation! Loved having the pool and being on the beach. Lots a places to walk to for food drinks and coffee! It was nice to have each floor sort of separate so early risers didn’t wake the whole house. Loved the sunsets and got to see many whales which was a bonus. The big table outside was great for family meals and the Brie’s from the upper balcony’s were awesome! Dream trip!

Fabulous location and very comfortable for our family trip. The house was equipped with all needs, clean and in working order. The hosts reached out to us several times upon arrival/check-in to ensure expectations were met (which they were) and it was reassuring that had we needed something we would have a prompt response. We highly recommend "Seas the Day" and a visit to Rincon.

Family reunion

Perfect location on the beach, steps away from the sand. We gathered all of our family from across the country to spend a week relaxing and playing in the ocean together. Lots of room, well laid out property right on the beach.

We loved the location of the property and proximity to some great restaurants and bars. The house setup was perfect for our group with everyone having their own spaces and entrances. We will for sure be back again!

Great location just 400 feet from the beach, stunning views, crashing waves, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars. We had an amazing time in Rincon! The layout of the house was perfect for our group, with separate spaces and entrances that gave everyone privacy. Property management was very responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any minor issues.Note for future guests: Tamboo Restaurant nearby was quite loud on New Year’s Eve and January 2nd, with music/parties until 2 a.m. This is typical around the holidays, but worth mentioning if you’re traveling during that time. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

"The perfect group getaway — we'll definitely be back!"We stayed here as a group of ten and it was an absolute dream. "Seas the Day" is exactly what it promises: a spacious, comfortable home right on Sandy Beach in Rincón, and the location truly cannot be beaten. Waking up steps from the ocean every morning never got old!The 6 bedrooms were all clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and everyone in our group had a great night's sleep. The pool was a nice touch and we kept coming back to it throughout the day, and having direct beach access meant we were constantly bouncing between the pool and the water. The decks with their stunning views of Aguadilla Bay were the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.The amenities were fantastic and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. Ryan was a responsive and attentive host, making the whole experience seamless from check-in to checkout.The neighborhood was wonderful too, with friendly locals and some amazing food spots nearby. We loved hitting up Big Kahuna and Jack's Shack, both great choices for a delicious meal. Rincón itself is such a vibrant area with local bars, restaurants, and the famous Tamboo just a short walk away, making for some really fun evenings. If you're planning a big group trip to Puerto Rico, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This vacation rental was beyond perfect for our family. Everything was better than expected..... Multi level house, pool, Beach front. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. Hope to return.

Beach, Beach, Beach

Literally on the beach, perhaps 400 yards from the crashing waves, with an infinity pool... What could be better? The property is in a small semi residential area. A few restaurants and small apartments/ hotels are there. You can swap to breakfast at Casa Islesa (excellent) or grab a burger at Big Kuhuna's. For dinner, we drive into Rincon.

fantastic house relative to everything in Rincon. Right on the best beach in Rincon, with a great pool, 6 very adequate bedrooms with modern appliances, proper grill by the pool, good beds, plenty of showers, beach chairs, towels... it was all there. We'll be going back if they take us!

This was the perfect spot for our entire family. The house was incredible. We loved the location right on the beach. Pool was a must, especially with kids. Beds were so comfortable. There's a washer and dryer. We will be back next year

Wonderful Location

Everything was as advertised. It was a beautiful place with an awesome infinity pool. It's the closest I've ever been to the beach from a rental. The water is super close to the backyard. We were very happy with our rental.
