Tranquilo embraces an open air, light-filled layout with 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (studio has 1/2 bath) and separate entrance. All bedrooms have their own entrance, creating privacy within your group making the home perfect for multiple couples and older families alike. On the second floor you'll find the 3 main bedrooms all leading to the outdoor lounge area with stunning views. Perfect for whale watching! On the first floor you have the 4th bedroom, living area, kitchen, dining, laundry room, 1/2 shared bath with steps to the pool. Sit in the infinity pool watching the waves break at world renowned Sandy Beach-just 350 steps away.

Please note, there is *NO HOT TUB* just a smaller area that does not heat up.

The hill to access the house is VERY steep, only walkable if you are in the condition to do so :). It gets slippery when it rains and can be difficult to drive up.

Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 100.00% (less $500.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 90 days before arrival; No refunds within 90 days of arrival.
