Our home is ideally located for those looking to explore the charming towns and outdoor beauty of the Monadnock Region. Nearby towns like Peterborough, Jaffrey, and Keene offer a variety of local shops, cozy cafés, and classic New England charm. For hiking and outdoor adventures, beyond the popular Mt. Monadnock, you’ll also find Crotched Mountain and Wachusett Mountain within driving distance — great for hiking, scenic views, and even skiing in the winter.

1) Living room
The living room features high ceilings with a fan and large windows that offer a beautiful nature view. A Samsung frame TV is available, and there's an electric fireplace that adds to the cozy atmosphere. Sit back on the comfortable couch by the big windows, watch the sky, trees and streams outside, and enjoy a peaceful escape from everyday life.

2) Full kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from silverware to a refrigerator and multiple coffee options: a Nespresso machine, a cute coffee brew machine, and a drip coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats two to ten guests, ideal for shared meals and creating lasting memories. Plus, a wonderful bonus is the large slide-up window, allowing you to enjoy the lovely view while you cook or prepare drinks

3) Bedroom 1 (family room)
The room features two queen-size beds and a closet for your belongings.

4) Bedroom2 (king room)
The room features a comfortable king-size bed, two nightstand, a mirror, a wall heater. Wake up, open the curtains, and enjoy a peaceful morning and walk out to deck and easy access to hot tub.

5) Bedroom3 (work & life balance room)
Designed for flexibility, this room features a convenient workstation for those unexpected tasks, ensuring you can quickly return to enjoying time with loved ones. A comfy sofa provides a relaxing spot and easily transforms into an additional bed for two. A closet is also available for your convenience. Whether you need to work or simply unwind amidst the tranquil natural setting, this room offers the perfect solution.

6) Bedroom4 (Kids room)
This room offers three twin beds and one folding bed, with an additional baby crib available upon request. Designed with children in mind, it features a fun secret loft accessible by a ladder. Parents are responsible for closely supervising children at all times, especially around the ladder and loft area. If your child is hesitant about heights, the game room offers alternative enjoyable activities. Please be aware that the use of the loft is at your discretion and responsibility. We strongly encourage active parental supervision to ensure children's safety.

7) Game Room
Our awesome game room features a 80 inch TV with access to Netflix & Disney+ for movie nights, plus over 1000 retro arcade games for endless fun. Challenge your friends to foosball, or switch seamlessly between pool and ping pong on our convertible table. Enjoy it all with a stunning 10 ft wide nature view through the folding slide door!

8) Exterior
Enjoy two levels of decks directly overlooking the gentle stream with its soothing water sounds, plus a private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Perfect for grilling with Blackstone griddle and unwinding on the comfortable sofa while soaking in the peaceful water views and sounds. Unwind further by the solo fire pit (just bring your firewood), sway gently in the hammock for a nap, and enjoy outdoor fun in the large play area with a mini golf putting green and more!

No Shoes allowed inside of house

You can get into the house through the front door using the keypad code we’ll send you before check-in. If the keypad ever gives you trouble, there’s a lockbox with a spare key behind the column—you’ll get that code too.

Once you’re inside and have had a chance to look around, if anything feels off or doesn’t meet your expectations, just let us know. We’ll do our best to make it right and ensure you’re comfortable.

Other things to note
1) Exterior Cameras
For your security, the cabin is equipped with 4 exterior cameras. Please note, there are no cameras inside the house.

2) Mechanical room
Currently mechanical room unfinished but equipped with a convenient washer and dryer setup. We're thrilled about upcoming renovations later this year. Kindly respect the owner's storage closet in the mechanical room, which is off-limits to guests. Nothing interesting stuff inside anyway :⁠-⁠)

3) Griddle & Fireplace
To use the outdoor fireplace, please bring your own firewood if you are fire lover. Propane is provided for the griddle. We have a brand new Blackstone Grill for pancake and egg for breakfast or BBQ for large groups.

4) Supplies Provided

- Dishwashing capsules in the kitchen
- Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom
- Laundry detergent and dryer sheets

5) Parking
We offer driveway parking for up to three cars. Additionally, there's ground-level yard space for two more vehicles. While the driveway is plowed in winter, we recommend All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) for navigating the Monadnock area during snowy conditions.

6) Pets
No pets are allowed for guests with allergies. We are actively considering welcoming pet in the future.

7) Baby Equipment
A crib and other baby items are available for guests with children.

8) Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Please leave the house as you found it (plus normal wear and tear). Additional fees may apply for:
- Stained towels, bed linens, walls, furniture, or other items
- Liquid or food spills
- Any extra cleaning or treatment that delays the normal turnover of the house

9) Kitchen
- Full access to the kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, Mixer ninja
- All food items will be removed after check-out.

10) Bathroom
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided
- Report any leaks or plumbing issues immediately for prompt repair

11) Housekeeping
- No daily housekeeping service. The house will be thoroughly cleaned before check-in.
- Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
