"A beautiful location and a charming hotel Sheen Falls Lodge enjoys a truly remarkable location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and overlooking the river and waterfalls. The setting is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the property, and the hotel itself is very beautiful, with plenty of character and an elegant atmosphere. The service was generally pleasant and courteous, but not always at the level of professionalism and attention to detail we would expect from a Relais & Châteaux hotel. There were certainly some excellent members of staff who stood out for their kindness and professionalism, but the overall experience was somewhat inconsistent. Overall, Sheen Falls Lodge remains a very special place, primarily thanks to its exceptional setting and character. We hope that, with a little more attention to service and to ensuring consistent standards across the whole team, the experience can fully match the exceptional setting and reputation of the hotel. In particular, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful service we received from Mahid during both our dinner at the Stables brasserie and breakfast at Sheen Falls Hotel. He was attentive and helpful throughout, always with a genuine smile and discreet. His professionalism and kindness truly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. He is a real asset to the hotel and deserves our warmest thanks."

"We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the hotel. The location is great, right next to the town centre close to all the restaurants and pubs. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our classic room was spacious and comfortable. We recommend to making use of the leisure centre which includes pool, sauna and steam room."

"La struttura in sé, non è splendida ed è un po’ tanto grande, ma la location merita davvero! Camera spaziosa, bella la Spa, buona scelta al bistrot dell’hotel per la cena, ottima la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio e la posizione."

"La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale ed è dotata di parcheggio interno, molto utile dal momento che tutti i parcheggi sono a pagamento. Gli appartamenti sono un po’ datati ma puliti, molto spaziosi e confortevoli"

"Colazione buonissima con vista spettacolare sulla baia. Stanze pulite e fornite di tutto ciò che serve, compresi prodotti da bagno di alta qualità (seriamente, quel balsamo è fantastico). Il personale è estremamente gentile, efficiente e professionale. Abbiamo usato anche la palestra che non è nuova ma è ben curata e ha tutto quello che serve (macchinari cardio, macchine per pesi, rack, multipower, panche e pesi liberi). Pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro di dingle. Un soggiorno splendido, torneremo sicuramente."
