“Very well equipped & stylish studio. Lovely welcome pack. Enjoyed the hot tub & the privacy. Walking in to Poole was approx, 30mins. Along the route were supermarkets. & takeaways. Joe was quick to respond when we needed a little help. ”

The host was easy to get hold of and helped in no time when we noticed the upstairs sink was a little blocked. The host arranged to have this sorted straight-away. “We needed a last minute booking in the South of UK. Location was great but arriving in afternoon to a very cold not heated place was not welcoming at all and very uncomfortable. We had no instructions on how to put heating on and could not understand how the thermostats worked. We tried to contact owners but only had a reply the next morning after a very long cold night.
