I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.”

Tried to resolve the issue and was told no refund I am disappointed because I have family near there and travel from out of state so would stay at this location often. We are IHG members.
