Located in the heart of Rio, you'll be surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and all the essential services to make the most of everything the city has to offer.

The housekeeper is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.



No noise is permitted after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list will not be allowed to enter the building.



Separate organic waste from recyclables, placing them in separate trash bags.



Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from your security deposit.



Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linen per bed and one set of bath towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid for separately. Please be careful with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



Toiletries, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replaced.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
